Hello, we are the Ayo’s,

My name is Joseph, and this is my wife Lisa. The Lord has blessed us with the ministry of music and Helps. We are glad to meet you and would like to share a little about us. I am a musician and play multiple instruments. I started playing when I was six and my love of music has continued to increase as the years have gone on. I have composed and written praise and worship music for 30 plus years. I’m also a Site Director at a bank. Lisa and I have been leaders over the ministries of Helps. Together we have worked to organize and put in place procedures that will help grow start up churches we have planning many conferences and workshops to build the kingdom of Gods people.

My wife Lisa is my biggest fan and supporter of my music. She works in education helping youth and young adults in career planning. Lisa is also a professional organizer, avid reader and a gifted writer of musicals and plays.  She will often bring me melodies and lyrics that the Lord has placed on her heart. We have been married over 33 years and have three adult children and are looking forward to grandchildren.

Lisa and I have known the Jamison Dixons for more than 35 years. We were members of their church when “Pastor J” was pastoring.  We have great love and respect for them. We are looking forward to working with them in the ministry of “Except the Lord Build the House Ministries”.  We look forward to meeting you and sharing the biblical truths that have been the foundation of our lives.

We are the Bridgewater’s, Sean and Tamika.

I am Sean and I am a youth minister.  I have worked in ministry as a drummer, teacher, a coach and I am currently a minster with Teen and Youth Ministry in our local church. I work in information technology and one of my favorite things to do in my free time is to coach flag football.

My wife Tamika is a public speaker and community activist.  She home schooled our boy’s and is a mighty prayer warrior. We have a passion for newlyweds. We believe that having the right tools will create a successful marriage. Together we started a ministry for couples who struggle with infertility and share our story of victory.

We have been married for 26 years and have 3 wonderful boys.  We were members of “Pastor J’s” church and were blessed to be counseled and married by the Jamison Dixon’s ministries.   For many years they have been mentors and a true blessing in our lives.

We are excited to be a part of “Except the Lord build the House Ministry.”   Tamika and I look forward to sharing all the wonderful truths that the Lord has given to us.   We, along with our good friends the Ayo’s look forward to meeting you and sharing Gods greatest gift, love.

Hello,

We are Duwan and Sheila Cotton.  We serve as founder and senior Pastor and First Lady of The Sanctuary Church in Houston, Texas.   We are grateful that we are blessed with 10 wonderful children, 8 of our own and 2 by adoption.

We have known the Bishop Jamison-Dixon and Mother DoRethia’s since 1965 and have found them to be extremely resourceful and powerful servants of God.

Pastor Duwan has been a preacher, teacher, leader, and father who has been serving in the ministry since 1984. As a minister he served as Assistant Pastor of Full Gospel Church for over 20 years.

First Lady Sheila, has a heart for the hurting and strives to reach out to individuals who are lost, hurt, disconnected, or simply need to be revived in their faith.   Sheila is a nurturer, intercessor, singer, and a lover of people. She enjoys cooking and feeding the people of God.

Pastor Duwan & First Lady Sheila understand the necessity of strengthening marriages and families.  It will be a joy having them on our ministry team.  We look forward to the Duwan’s and Sheila’s contributions to those looking for wise counsel.
